Roasted Red Pepper Dressing

Makes up to 102 Fluid Ounces

Combine all ingredients in a one gallon container and mix well
Mix again with an emersion blender to emulsify (slightly chunky is fine)
Let it rest for at least 60 minutes to let the flavors develop (overnight is best)
Stir once more after resting
Refrigerate if not using right away
